  • The maximum amount payable is an annuity, without the daily wage, the basis of computation may not exceed three times the minimum wage, with extra payments.
  • Exceptions:
    • In companies with less than twenty-five workers, the wage guarantee fund becomes effective 40 per 100 of the statutory compensation corresponding to each worker when the employment relationship is terminated pursuant to collective redundancies or where it is objectively acknowledged need to amortize jobs due to economic, technical, organizational or production without having to prove the insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings .
    • The calculation of this refund will be adjusted on the compensation ceiling of an annuity, without the daily wage basis of calculation may not exceed three times the minimum wage to pay extra.
