May be run with the following groups of unemployed registered with the Employment Office:
• 16 to 30 years inclusive.
• Women who are engaged in professions or occupations with lower rates of female employment.
• Over 45 years.
• People with disabilities.
• Unemployed people who have been registered 3 months continuously in the Employment Office.
• Workers in the 2 years preceding the conclusion of the contract had only been employed on temporary contracts.
• Workers in the 2 years preceding the conclusion of the contract, they had extinguished a permanent contract in a different company.
also will benefit from the transformation of temporary contracts into permanent contracts awarded before June 18, 2010 and were processed by 31 December 2010.
turn may benefit the transformations of temporary contracts into permanent contracts awarded after June 18, 2010 and are processed before December 31, 2011, provided that the duration of temporary contracts did not exceed 6 months.
